In line with Covid -19 health and safety measures, the check-in time is at 15.00′ and check out is at 11.00′.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and can be confirmed only on the day of arrival or departure.
In any case, we can store your luggage in our secure luggage room and you can use all the hotel public areas, such as the bar or the restaurant.
O&B Athens Boutique Hotel’s Cancellation Policy
To confirm a reservation, a pre-authorization on your credit card for the amount of the first night is required.
In case of cancelling more than 4 days before the arrival date, there are no cancellation fees, the deposit is refunded or the preauthorization is cancelled.
If you inform the reservations department in less than 4 days you will be charged the full amount of the first night (not calculating any discount).
In case that you do not arrive at the hotel (non-show) or you cancel your reservation on your arrival day or ask for a departure before your check-out day, the full amount of your stay will be charged. Please note that in case that you do not arrive at the hotel on the scheduled date and you do not inform us of a change on your dates, the room will be released and it will no longer be available.
For reservations of 4 or more rooms, a different cancellation policy applies. Please consult with the O&B Reservations Department (reserve@oandbhotel.com).
Please note that cancellations or amendments by phone are not acceptable. The cancellations should be made directly to our hotel through e-mail or fax. In case the reservation has been made through an intermediate (online reservations website or travel agency) the cancellations should be made through this channel, expecting a written confirmation from the hotel.
If your reservation is PrePaid and/or Non-Refundable the full amount of the accommodation cost will be charged by the time of the booking and no cancellation or modification is possible.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
The breakfast buffet, full of fresh creations, is included in the room rate.
If you do not stay in our hotel you may enjoy our breakfast buffet for 18 € per person.
Please note that breakfast is served in our restaurant from 08.00′ a.m. until 11.00′ a.m.
You can also enjoy your breakfast in the privacy of your room by ordering room service with an extra cost of 1.80 € per person.
Arrival day’s breakfast is offered to our arriving guests until 11.00′ a.m. at the discounted price of 12.60 € per person.
How big are the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel rooms?
Every room type has a different average size. Size is the basic criterion that distinguishes between the room types.
As a boutique city hotel, O&B has an average size of rooms.
The simplest rooms (Standard Double Room) are approximately 16 square meters while the more spacious Suites are about 50 square meters (Acropolis View Luxury Suite).
Do O&B rooms have double or twin beds?
Most room types of the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel offer a choice of double Queen size beds or two single beds (twins).
The Thissio View Double Rooms only come with Double Queen size beds.
Rooms that can accommodate more than 2 people there is a provision for extra beds. Space may be configured depending on the number of people.
Please inform us of the bed type you prefer at the time of your reservation.
Travelling with a baby. Are there special beds?
Baby cots for infants under 3 years old can be added to the room without any additional charge.
Please note that, due to their size, not all room types are available for this option.
If you will need a baby cot in your room we suggest you reserve a Superior Double Room, a grand superior family room or one of our Acropolis View Suites. Also, please make your request for the baby cot to our reservations team before your arrival.
Which rooms of the O&B have the best view?
The rooms of the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel that offer views of Thissio and the Observatory of Athens are the Thissio View Double Rooms.
Our Acropolis View Suites offer the best Acropolis and Parthenon views. The Acropolis Luxury Suite features a unique view of the Acropolis and Thisio area. The Acropolis Suites and the Acropolis Junior Suites offer Acropolis views from their private terraces.
Which are the quietest rooms of the O&B?
All of our rooms are soundproofed. We are aware that the hotel is located in the centre of Athens, so if any slight sound still disturbs you and you have a problem in sleeping, we would like you to inform us.
We would suggest you choose one of the following room types: Standard Double, Thisio View Double, grand superior family room, Acropolis Suite, Acropolis Junior Suite or Acropolis Luxury Suite.

Is the O&B Athens Boutique Hotel located downtown?
The O&B Athens Boutique Hotel is located at 7 Leokoriou street, in one of the most central spots of Athens.
One minute away from Thisio subway station and a mere 4 minutes walk away from Monastiraki, the O&B provides swift and easy access everywhere in Athens.
The entrance of the Ancient Agora is in Andrianou street, is less than a 3-minute walk away and so is the Archaeological site of Keramikos. Very close to the hotel are also the pedestrianized street of Ermou, Plaka, Syntagma Square, the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum.

The nearest metro & subway stations to the O&B?
Thissio subway station (the nearest station) is one minute away from the hotel. Thissio station serves Line 1 (green line) that links Piraeus (the port) with the centre of Athens and Kifissia (the northern suburbs).
Monastiraki station is 4 minutes walking from the O&B. At Monastiraki station runs Line 1 that links Piraeus, the centre of Athens and Kifissia, as well as Line 3 (the blue line) that links the Airport with Athens centre and Chaidari (the western suburbs).
