***Chapter One***

"YES!!! YES!!! YES!!! I GOT IN!!" Paige squealed excitedly as she jumped up and down as she waved the acceptance letter from Brown University in front of her prestigious private school, surrounded by all of her closest friends after their classes ended for the day. She brushed her honey blonde golden mane from her vibrant blue eyes.

"I knew you'd get into Brown sweetheart. I mean, you blow me out of the water and I'm a cerebral stud." Ryan smiled warmly as he lovingly kissed her.

"Told you you'd be a shoe in... A 1520 SAT score... Straight A's... The school Valedictorian while also excelling in Gymnastics and Track. Have I ever told you how much your success annoys me sometimes?" Caitlyn giggled as she hugged her friend.

"Well we're all happy for you Paige!" Hannah smiled as she too hugged Paige.

"Yeah!! I bet your parents will be beyond excited!! Especially your dad with him being an established author and all!" Cassandra responded.

Paige had loved to write and create her own intricate worlds and characters as far back as she could remember. It was a serious passion of hers that only grew along with her and she had her dad to thank for that. She always looked up to him.

Paige had always loved writing fantasy based stories or love stories. It was her specialty.

Of course her mom helped her hone her skills by getting her into prestigious schools and the best tutors thanks to her very lucrative job at The Porter Group. Their family business.

Paige had a short but vivid flashback: Her ten year old self sitting at an old desk as she wrote a story out with a pencil and paper while her dad was sitting beside her at his own desk as he typed away on his laptop. It just so happened that the book he had been in middle of writing would become one of his best selling novels he had ever written titled "Conway's Daughter".

During that same night Paige had written a short story about a group of knights that had been given the power to vanquish any and all evil to save the world from Shadowrift. An all powerful demon that could bring eternal darkness to the realm.

As her dad finished reading his daughters creation he had smiled. "Watch out J.K. Rowling!"

Paige's life had seemed like it was straight out of a fairy tale; Her parents having known each other since the fourth grade, they became friends as high school approached, lost contact with each other after graduation, but then as if fate had been smiling at them, had both taken a vacation to Hawaii at twenty two with their own respective families and ran into each other at the International Market where sparks flew. They said their vows at twenty three... Then Paige was born when they were twenty five and became a happy inseparable family of three.

But of course fairy tales end...

Paige snapped out of her short flashback as she felt a tinge of sadness wash her happiness away as she thought about her dad. The divorce between her parents still fresh in her mind even though it had been nearly a year since it happened.

She breathed deep attempting to keep her eyes from tearing up.

"Yeah... my mom knows how badly I want to go to Brown to become a writer so she'll be happy for me, and my dad will definitely be ecstatic, but then comes the hard part... telling my grandmother... Who you know wants me to continue on in the family business..."

All of her girlfriends sighed and silently cringed. They knew all about Janet Porter. The cold queen bitch of Orange County. She owned a very successful real estate and development empire that was handed down to her by her parents, but of course if anyone brought that fact up, she'd say she earned it. First by listing off that she had attended and excelled at college while pregnant at nineteen years old with her daughter to get her degree all the while working full time at her parent's company. She basically had her long spindly, and perfectly manicured fingers stuck into everything in the area; from elegant parties to high class fashion shows to high dollar auctions. And she ruled anything and everything she possibly could with an iron fist...

Paige often suspected she was the primary reason for her parents divorce as well. Janet had never been a fan of Stephen and made it blatantly obvious in her snide remarks and the way she treated him. Paige could never figure out why. He was a very successful writer and a very loving and caring husband and father. Her parents had always been so happy together, however it seemed as if out of the blue they had separated and now her dad would only visit a few times a week and never while her grandmother was around. Even after the divorce, she could tell her parents were still very much in love with each other but they were also extremely sad when they had to say their goodbyes.

Paige often thought that her grandpa was unhappy at times too, working away at the company, seeming to spend as little time around Janet as possible. Drinking scotch whenever he was at home in their palatial mansion, especially when she was there... Not that she could blame him... Her grandmother was always seeming to belittle him and complain about anything she could that he did wrong. Paige couldn't imagine having a partner like that...

"Well... I think my mom is working right now so I'm going to go surprise her with the good news because I'm just too excited to wait until she gets home! Maybe even surprise her with some lunch because I'm sure she hasn't eaten yet. I just hope my grandmother isn't there... Does anyone want to come with for emotional support?"

All of the girls backed away but Ryan as always stepped forward like a knight in shining armor.

"Sure, I'll come with you hun." He smiled before giving her a quick peck on her slightly thin lips causing Paige to flash her perfect white smile in his direction.

"Always my knight in shining armor... how'd I get to be so lucky??" Paige cooed as she looked lovingly into his eyes.

"I'm the lucky one...". Ryan smiled.

Paige loved Ryan with all her heart. They had met during freshmen year in AP Chemistry and had been grouped up as lab partners. They had immediately hit it off and their love only seemed to grow with each passing day. Ryan had always been down to earth and selfless, always taking the utmost care to make sure Paige was happy, and if she wasn't, he would let his goofy and slightly nerdy side emerge. He loved reading, playing video games, collecting comic books or "graphic novels" and writing short stories, much like Paige herself. He was 5'11" with a slightly pudgy form weighing in at around two hundred and thirty pounds, but Paige honestly loved the way his body felt and looked. He had sandy blonde hair that was always partially swept to the side with grey-blue eyes and a gently rounded diamond shaped face with wire framed glasses typically perched upon his straight greek nose and an always cleanly shaven face. They had always been a rather physical couple but hadn't done much exploring in the bedroom. They had only made love for the first time just earlier in the year after their senior prom and it was spectacular in every essence of the word. It started out a bit awkward and clumsy as they had never been in a position this intimate before, but once they learned what one another wanted and how they wanted it, they hit their stride with their first sexual encounter evolving into slow and passionate honest to god love making. As they laid in the sexual afterglow, they had both felt that it had been well worth the wait.

Paige took a deep breath. "Well let's get going to deliver the good news!"

Ryan smiled. "Lead the way!"

They hopped into Paige's less than a year old Alpine White BMW 8 series convertible. As Paige drove, Ryan slipped his fingers into Paige's perfectly manicured french tipped digits.

Paige began humming along to her favorite music which usually consisted of newer pop and R&B as she cautiously followed the flow of traffic.

"So what do you say since we're both heading to Brown that we find a nice house off campus to rent?" Ryan asked with a smile.

A shocked expression spread across Paige's beautifully angular visage as she looked over at him for a moment. "You mean as in... live together?"

Ryan smiled. "Well yeah... I mean we both love each other and I think we can look at the both of us being accepted into Brown as kind of a sign of fate, wouldn't you?"

Paige's smile only seemed to grow with his suggestion. "Uhmm yeah! I'd love to live with you!"

Paige often wondered what their kids would look like if or when they started a family together. It's something they often joked about but had yet to have a serious conversation about it but it didn't bother her. They were still so young after all.

Ryan couldn't help but look at Paige's left hand as he considered something. He took Paige's right hand and kissed it. Paige was everything he wanted in a partner. She was incredibly down to earth and unfathomably sweet, regardless of the fact that she was born into money, exceptionally intelligent and dressed more for comfort over style even though she had a very impressive body.

Paige couldn't believe how phenomenal this day had been so far. First she had been accepted into Brown, and now her boyfriend Ryan of four years wanted to live with her when they left for college. This day couldn't possibly get any better.

As they pulled up outside of the "Porter Group", a sprawling monolith of concrete and glass, Paige felt a sense of trepidation wash over her.

Ryan sensed her increasing unease and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Just take a deep breath sweetheart. It'll be alright. Your mom is going to be so excited!!"

Paige looked over at her boyfriend and smiled nervously. "Yeah... You're right... I'm just nervous how my grandmother is going to react if she's in there..."

"To hell with what she thinks! All that matters is how you feel! This is YOUR future we're talking about. Not hers!"

Paige felt a sense of ease course through her at her boyfriend's words of encouragement. "You're right! This is MY future that we're talking about! And if it's not good enough for her, she doesn't have to be a part of my life anymore!"

"That's right baby! All that matters is us!"

Paige smiled feeling more in love with her boyfriend than ever before. She pulled out her phone and opened up the camera, changing it to selfie mode.

"Let's document this moment. I want to remember it for the rest of our lives...". Paige smiled.

Paige and Ryan turned to each other and went in for a loving kiss as Ryan's face caressed his girlfriend's youthful face as the camera snapped a photo.

Paige looked at the photo. "It's perfect...". Her smile only growing as she set the photo as her phone's wallpaper.

"We're perfect together hun." Ryan said lovingly.

"Yes we are baby."

She happily grabbed the salads out of the backseat (from her and her mom's favorite restaurant in town) and began walking towards the building.

Once inside the lobby, she was greeted by Rita who was stationed at the front desk as per usual.

Rita had been working there since she was sixteen thanks to Paige's grandmother getting her a job there as they had met when they were both seven years old and had grown up together. Somehow they had remained "friends" as they grew older even though Janet usually talked down to her and treated her like dirt on occasion. Miraculously Rita had remained as a faithful friend even though they were complete polar opposites. Sometimes Paige figured Janet simply kept her as a friend because she'd do just about anything that was asked of her.

Paige eyed the old photo situated on Rita's desk of Rita and Janet standing together when they were both sixteen just starting out at the company. First there was her grandmother Janet who towered over Rita as she stood a few inches shy of six feet: In the photo she had long honey blonde hair, a delicate upturned nose with a gentle smile surrounded by her slightly full lips. Her angular face was dusted in a minute amount of makeup. She was incredibly slim even back then with C cup breasts, a firm well toned derrière and a flat midriff. Not that you could tell with how conservative she dressed even back then. In the photo she wore a calf length black pleated skirt, and a white long sleeved button up blouse with sensible black flats.

And then there was Rita: Her parents had originally moved from Georgia when Rita was five years old and ended up in California to start fresh. Rita was a true blue southern belle. Even at sixteen she still obviously weighed a little over two hundred pounds. She had C cup breasts and a soft belly surrounded by sizeable love handles. But her torso had nothing on her lower half. Beneath her waist her hips jutted out to the sides in an aggressive fashion which led down to ultra thick thighs and although Paige couldn't see it in the photo, she knew Rita had a sizeable rear end even back then. But just because she was plus sized, it didn't mean she was ugly. Far from it in fact. She exuded confidence in every way possible. She had wavy Strawberry blonde hair with her face done up in bright eye catching colors, large blue eyes, full pouty lips, and a cute if not a bit wide upturned nose. And when it came to her attire, she dressed with the confidence of a model. In the photo she was wearing a wine red leather skirt that hung a few inches below her padded knees with a long slit up the middle that showed off her thick, pale thighs and a snug long sleeved cheetah print top that gave just a peek at her cleavage. She may have been hefty as a young girl but she was beautiful.

No wonder her grandpa had almost dated Rita over her grandmother.

Paige had heard the story from her grandpa of how he almost got together with Rita instead of Janet more times than she could count. It seemed to almost always come up when he had drank a fair amount of scotch which was becoming more and more often as the years went by.

He would always start it the same way: "When I started at the company at eighteen I had two girls, TWO! That were interested in me... Can you believe it?! One was your grandma and the other was Rita the receptionist, who were both a year younger than me."

Her grandpa loved the both of them in different ways: Janet for her classical beauty, exceptional intelligence, earnest straight forward yet polite personality and innocence. She was most definitely going places in life with her parent's being the Porter's. A family synonymous with success with a strong influence on the surrounding community. A girl he could take home to the parents and be proud to show off.

Then there was Rita: Boisterous bubbly and a genuinely fun person to be around with a southern flare. Someone who wasn't afraid to do things that were a little risky regardless of the consequences. She was undeniably beautiful with her full figured form and sultry visage. She was also a phenomenal cook. He often thought of her as a bit of a mischievous girl next door... a pin up girl from one of the many ads he'd seen back in the day cranked up to eleven. However he knew his parents would have strong misgivings about her. He had also mentioned that she was a tad promiscuous in her teenage years...

He finally decided to let the financial side and pressure to appease his parents sway his choice to pick Janet.

Then he usually finished up his story with something along the lines of "I sometimes wonder what could've been..."

"Hey kiddos! What brings you here on this beautiful day?" She asked in a bubbly manner as she flipped her wavy shoulder length and obviously dyed crimson hair out of her deep, heavily made up and slightly vacant blue eyes.

Paige leaned forward and quietly uttered her news. "Well don't tell anyone, especially my grandmother, but I got into Brown! And since the both of us have been accepted to the same school, Ryan suggested we rent a house and live off campus together!" Paige gushed.

Rita squealed as she clapped her plump hands together that were tipped in long baby blue coated fake nails. Her cheap gaudy looking bangles clinking together with her movements. "Oh my gawd that's so exciting!!"

"Yeah it is isn't it?" Ryan said with a smile as he leaned in and kissed Paige lovingly on the lips.

"Sweetie, you got a real keeper here! You better hold onto him or I'll snag him up!" Rita winked at the two of them.

Paige nervously laughed at Rita's joke. Or at least she thought it was a joke. But she knew how Rita had never really settled down and instead had dated numerous men over the years.

Rita slowly arose from her computer chair with a bit of a struggle, she waddled around the curved mahogany reception desk, both Ryan and Paige took in the sixty two year olds rubenesque form in all of it's excessively pear shaped three hundred pound glory, wrapped in a low cut and very snug cheetah print top that proudly showed off her pale, freckled, sizeable DD cup breasts that sagged lazily onto her two tiered belly. Beneath her incredibly wide waist rested her mammoth hips, tree trunk sized thighs and immense derrière that was most certainly covered in cellulite, all wrapped in a black skirt that hovered a few inches above her heavily padded knees.

She pulled them both in to give them a hug with her bingo winged arms, an avalanche of soft breast flesh and an overabundance of adipose filled belly meshing with their young, athletic bodies. They were just happy that Rita was so short standing at only 5'2" otherwise they both would've been smothered by her massive breasts...

The scent of her obviously cheap vanilla and patchouli scented perfume attacked the couple's nostrils with an aggressive force.

"Gawd I'm so happy for you two! You know... I've known Paige here since she was just a baby, watching Paige grow up, find true love and blaze a trail to follow her dreams just makes this ole' girls heart melt! Sometimes I feel like she's my own grand daughter! Ugh I'm gonna ruin my makeup!" She said fanning her eyes as they began to fill with tears bringing attention to her heavily made up face in bold variations of fuchsia eye shadow, lipstick and an overabundance of mascara.

"Aww you're too sweet Rita!" Paige gushed, wishing that her grandmother would react this way but knowing for a fact she was going to blow a gasket...

"But remember! It's a secret! So don't say anything!" Paige said as she pressed her slim index finger to her lips.

"Mum's the word!" Rita said nodding with a smirk as she looked around to make sure no one was watching. "And I know you usually don't go for stuff like this, but I baked some cookies last night. Would you care to have one? They're peanut butter chocolate chip!" Rita asked holding up a plastic Tupperware with at least two dozen cookies in it's clear confines.

Paige waved her hand with a gentle smile. "No thanks, I'm not really one for sweets, but thank you!"

Rita nodded with a giggle. "I totally understand. A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips am I right?!" She giggled as she gently smacked her hip causing it to jiggle wildly beneath the thin fabric of her skirt.

"Well, we should probably go see my mom and bring her some lunch." Paige said holding up the salads. "She's in her office right?" Paige questioned.

"Yep! Been toiling away in there all day! I'm sure she will be happy as hell to see you though!"

"Okay thanks Rita!"

"Sure thing sweetheart!" Rita smiled as she went back to her duties.

"Wow! So that's the Rita that you've talked about before?" Ryan asked as they got out of earshot.

Paige nodded as they continued down the long hallway as they neared the elevator. "Yeah. She's such a sweet lady. It's such a shame she never found someone to make her happy..."

"Yeah it is...". Ryan replied.

As they stepped into the elevator and pressed the button marked "5", Paige decided to ask her boyfriend a question.

"Would you ever love me if I got that... big?? I mean... I never would but I'm just curious." Paige said struggling to find words that wouldn't speak ill of the sweet redhead.

Ryan looked over and smiled at her as he nervously scratched his head. "Umm... well yeah of course! It may be hard to believe, but I love you for more than just your looks hun."

"You are the perfect man aren't you?" Paige said fluttering her eyes at him before kissing him again.

As the doors opened to the fifth floor, Paige guided Ryan back to the large office in the corner. Her mom's office. Amelia was busily working away on her computer when they reached her office. The large glass door to her office was closed but Paige knocked on it a few times to get her mom's attention. Her mom looked up and smiled when Paige raised the bag of lunch up.

Paige loved her mom in every way shape and form. Even at forty three years old she was still phenomenally beautiful.

"Well hey you guys! What a nice surprise! What brings you here aside from lunch?" Amelia asked as she hugged her daughter and then Ryan.

Ryan took a step back and admired his girlfriend and her mom. They were both so much alike in both appearance and personality.

Amelia was just an inch shorter than Paige standing at 5'8". She was thin and athletic with an hourglass shaped figure thanks to years of counting calories and exercise which had earned her D cup breasts and taut well shaped butt and flat midriff. She had long gently wavy blonde hair, dazzling blue eyes, a button nose that could've been a carbon copy of Paige's. Had it not been for her faint laugh lines and crows feet, she could've been an older sister of Paige's. Ryan chalked up the barely there wrinkles to the stress that came along with being a CFO (chief financial officer) of a massive real estate and development company. Especially when working under the CEO Janet Porter...

"Well... I got some amazing news!" Paige started out a bit nervously as she pulled the letter from her high dollar leather purse and set it on the desk in front of her mom.

Amelia adjusted the thin wire framed glasses upon her nose, unfolded the piece of paper and began reading out loud.

"Dear Paige Harper... Congratulations! I am delighted to inform you that you have been admitted to Brown University... SHUT UP!!" Amelia squealed happily as she set the piece of paper down on her desk. "Oh my god!! Baby!! I'm so happy for you!!!" She said as tears began to fill her eyes as she came around the desk and embraced her daughter in a tight hug. "I'm so proud of you!! You're following your dream!!"

"Yeah isn't this amazing?!? I'm so glad you're happy for me! But there is one thing I want to ask you..."

Amelia wiped her happy tears away. "Sure thing! What is it??" She asked as she broke the embrace.

"Well... since both Ryan and myself were accepted by Brown, we were talking about renting a house off campus so we could live together. Would that be okay??"

Amelia's eyes began tearing up again. "Oh of course it'll be okay! But just one thing... I don't want to hear anything about babies until the two of you are married got it?!" She said in a half joking manner that caused both Ryan and Paige to blush.

"Of course!"

But as quickly as the happiness spread, it vanished as soon as Janet entered the office unannounced.

"What are you guys so happy about? You do realize you're taking up valuable company time...". She said flatly as she crossed her arms over her bust.

They all looked on at the cold bitch of Orange County... Her perfectly and professionally styled and dyed honey blonde hair doing nothing to detract from her trademark scowl that never seemed to leave. Paige wanted to evaporate. Even only being an inch shorter than her, she felt like she mine as well had been 5'0" with the presence and attitude that Janet exuded.

Amelia thought through her words carefully. "Umm... Well Paige got her acceptance letter for college..."

"Oh that's great! Harvard?? You need to hurry up and get your degree so you can come work under me and your mom." Janet replied with a bit of levity to her voice as she picked up the acceptance letter, her eyes zeroing in on the Brown University watermark.

"Brown?! Why the hell would you want to go to Brown?!?" Janet barked.

"Well umm... Because I want to become a writer...". Paige quietly responded.

"A writer?!? You know most writers don't amount to shit! They're all just drunk losers with no pot to piss in! I mean look at your dad!" She spat.

"Don't you dare say that about my dad!! He's a phenomenal writer! He won the Pulitzer Prize for Conway's Daughter!" Paige said finding her voice.

"Oh is that so?? Well his last even remotely successful book was what?... Five years ago? Since then he's just been scraping by... Sounds like a real winner to me...". Janet said in a heavily sarcastic tone.

"JUST SHUT UP!!" Paige screamed at her.

Janet paused for a moment shocked that Paige found her voice, but then walked up even closer to her as she stared down at Paige with daggers in her eyes.

"My mom is fully supportive of my decision, why can't you be? So you just want the rest of us to be as miserable as you??" Paige asked through tear filled eyes.

"WELL I WON'T HAVE IT! YOU'RE GOING TO HARVARD!"

"YOU CAN'T MAKE ME!! YOU'RE NOT MY MOTHER!" Paige yelled back.

"THANK GOD YOU'RE NOT! I DON'T NEED ANOTHER SPOILED BITCH DAUGHTER TO DEAL WITH!"

"WELL I'M GOING TO BROWN WHETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT! RYAN IS GOING THERE, WE'RE GOING TO LIVE TOGETHER OFF CAMPUS AND THERE'S NOTHING AN EVIL BITCH LIKE YOU CAN DO TO STOP ME!"

Janet had heard enough. She tore up the acceptance letter, smacked Paige across the face and a smirk formed upon her angular face. She began speaking in a soft but abrupt tone that was somehow more unnerving than her yelling.

"Oh I can't can I? Well what if I were to tell you I have ways to get that acceptance letter retracted? Better yet, go ahead and go to that school, I'll make sure that Ryan doesn't get in. I'll even make sure your backstabbing mother will not only lose her job here, but not be able to find any respectable employment anywhere around here... Think she can afford that mansion, her payments on her Range Rover or your new BMW on a burger flippers salary? Bet the creditors will just love her." She said snapping her view towards Amelia.

"You wouldn't...". Paige sputtered out between cries.

"Oh but I would... you don't think I'm capable of it? Try me...". Her smirk grew into a devilish simper.

"Why are you so cruel??" Amelia sobbed out loud.

Paige had heard enough... She ran out of the building as fast as her athletic legs could carry her sobbing the whole way to her car with Ryan following closely behind.

Paige was utterly inconsolable so Ryan offered to drive her home. As they pulled into the massive stretching driveway, the sun was giving way to the darkness of night, one single star shining brightly above them.

Ryan carried her lithe 136 pound body up the stairs with ease to her bedroom where he laid her down onto her plush bed. Paige shimmied out of her yoga pants and top leaving her in just a simple pair of dark blue panties and a matching bra. Ryan pulled the covers up to her shoulders and laid with her for awhile.

"I love you, you know that?" Ryan quietly whispered into her ear.

"I love you too." Paige let the words weakly tumble from her lips as she pulled him in closer.

Her bedroom was a sprawling expanse with the walls sheathed in a light pink hue, with the main wall painted in a mural of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Her room was neat and tidy as always, all tastefully decorated, complete with a large wooden desk with her two month old Apple MacBook Pro on it's surface in the center of one wall where she typically did her homework and creative writing surrounded by two towering bookshelves overflowing with comic books, novels, roughly ten video games, a few video game themed collectibles and the trophies and medals she had received from her athletic and academic achievements. Then in the center of her bedroom was her spacious king sized wrought iron canopy bed with the posts mirroring elm trees that stretched up towards the ceiling, the back of the bed positioned against the main wall. At the opposite wall rested her 60" LED flatscreen tv with three of the newest gaming consoles resting beneath it inside a dark walnut wood tv stand.

"Why does she have to be so mean??" Paige finally said between sniffles.

"Well I think you were right in saying she is a miserable person who hates to see other people happier than herself... It's just how some people are..."

"But what if working there under her makes me a miserable person just like her?? What if it caused me to lose you?!" Paige asked nervously.

"I don't think that's possible sweetie. You don't have a single mean spirited bone in your body. That's one of the reasons why I love you." Ryan gently smiled,

"I wish she wasn't my grandmother..."

The brightest star in the sky flickered and then vanished without a trace...

"I know... Me too...". Ryan said wiping the tears from Paige's face.

"What are we going to do?? I can't go to Brown... That bitch will ruin not only mine, but my mom's and your life..."

"Well... What if you went to Harvard? I could still go to Brown... They're only about an hour drive from each other. We could still see each other every day..."

"But what about our plans to live together?? I was so excited to start that chapter of my life with you..."

"Well I guess it'll just have to be put on hold for right now. Or... What if were to rent a house in between both of the Universities? We could still make it work."

"You really think so??"

"I know so... But for now, why don't we just lay here and cuddle. I'll stay as long as you want. Even til morning."

"You know my mom would throw a fit even with the current situation and besides, I don't want to get you into trouble with your parents either. They love me right now but I don't want to give them any reasons not to, so can you just stay til I fall asleep??...".

Ryan smiled. "You got it hun."

It didn't take long for Paige to fall asleep into a somewhat peaceful slumber as her breathing slowed and deepened.

Ryan looked at the clock seeing that midnight was swiftly approaching. He would've stayed with her all night if he could've, but his parents had a very strict "home before twelve" curfew, even if he was with Paige who they loved very dearly.

Ryan got into his Octane Red Charger Hellcat and made the short drive to his house which was only ten or so minutes away.

Paige began having nightmares halfway through the night; Of course primarily consisting of her evil grandmother. One nightmare involved a ten foot tall version of her grandmother chasing her with rolled up blueprints... Another involved Paige looking much like Dorothy from The Wizard Of Oz being held captive by a wicked witch of the west version of Janet complete with the green skin and all... she kept waking up in a cold sweat after each one. The rest of the night went much like that and as the sun began to rise, an app began to install itself onto her phone.

An app called "Geneweaver"
